Advance deposit policy: 

Cancellation Policy: 

• Upon cancellation, fourteen (14) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of twenty-five percent (25%) of the Deposit will be deducted.

• Upon cancellation, seven (7) days prior to arrival, a cancellation fee of fifty percent (50%) of the Deposit will be deducted.

• Upon cancellation, three (3) days prior to arrival, the full reservation Deposit will be forfeited.

• During peak periods, such as Carnival, upon cancellation, thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the full reservation Deposit will be forfeited.

  Carnival Rate

  Single Occupancy   US $100.00 per night.  
  Double Occupancy  US $175.00 per night 

  
  Reservations must be made  in advance  and  a  50% deposit  to confirm your reservation.     During peak periods, such as Carnival, upon cancellation, thirty (30) days prior to arrival, the full reservation Deposit will be forfeited.  

  Minimum carnival stay 7 nights 

  CARNIVAL SPECIAL PACKAGE

  7 NIGHTS -  US $1,155.00 - DOUBLE OCCUPANCY

  9 NIGHTS - US $1,440.00 - DOUBLE OCCUPANCY Deadline for the Carnival Special Package is December 31, 2009 and is based on a First come - first served. Normal rates apply after the deadline date.
